Well, I have succeeded in my first portrait shoot. And who'd a thought I could photograph people! The portrait series is courtesy of the MAPSym organizers who invited the models you see for a midnight photo shoot and a couture shoot at the MAPSym 2015 photography event in Eureka Springs, AR this past May. Enjoy the photos, and please give thanks to the participating models. They worked hard for not a nickel!

I guess what I'm trying to convey to others is to take a chance once in a while. Not a foolish chance, but one you feel will be worthwhile. Take a chance. Step outside the normal and the rules once in a while. The reward is great, and the art you share with the res
Why Do I Always Have a Camera?
My daughter asked me recently "Why do you always have a camera with you everywhere you go?" I told her "because you miss 100% of the shots you don't take."
